Project Overview

RAVE, a startup based in Lahore, Pakistan was looking for a company to create a custom website and online store, plus help with the digital marketing for their company. 

In response to RAVE’s objectives, Hawk Spire Digital designed & built a responsive WordPress website integrated with e-commerce functionality ensuring effortless browsing and purchasing user experiences across all platforms, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Furthermore, Hawk Spire Digital worked closely with RAVE to boost their online presence using a variety of methods. This included using specific strategies to improve their rankings on search engines and creating engaging social media campaigns to attract and retain RAVE’s audience.

Within the first month, RAVE already had 100+ followers on Instagram. In no time, our agency’s combined organic and paid social media efforts delivered notable results for our client. Our strategic approach to social media marketing allowed us to reach a wider audience and drive engagement, leading to an increase in website traffic and brand awareness.

The main objective of the social media campaigns was to enhance brand awareness and increase store traffic. To achieve this, Hawk Spire conducted a competitor analysis to identify the most successful content and determine the most effective way to target their audience.

The analysis revealed that there was a significant number of post-millennials who were quite interested in audio electronics. These individuals were primarily college and university students who had a strong passion for music & mobile gaming. It was also observed that they were more active and reachable on Instagram compared to Facebook, where the majority of millennials were more prevalent but less interested.

Once enough data had been gathered, a strategy was devised. This strategy included forming paid partnerships with Instagram content creators, offering frequent discounts to customers, and making use of various social media features such as Instagram stories, highlights, guides, and reels. These features were designed to increase engagement with the audience and also incorporated conversions-based paid advertising. This strategy delivered the following results throughout a period of 16 months:
